What happens next
- An engineer reviews your message and replies by email with a proposed call time.
- An introductory call with a principal engineer covers your workload, topology and goals.
- You receive a written scope, approach and commercial proposal to review with your team.
What to include in your message
The version you run and where it runs, rough data volume and ingestion rate, the queries or symptoms that worry you, and any deadline you are working to. A few lines are enough to route your enquiry to the right engineer.

How it works
How to engage ChistaDATA for ClickHouse consulting, support and managed services
Every enquiry follows the same short path, and an engineer is involved from the first reply. Nothing is signed until you have a written scope in hand.

Response commitments
How quickly ChistaDATA responds
New enquiries are read by an engineer and answered as soon as possible. Customers on an enterprise support or managed services agreement are covered by the published severity matrix, around the clock, every day of the year.
If your cluster is down right now and you are not yet a customer, call us and ask for break-fix engineering.

Why teams call us
One ClickHouse engineering bench, from first design to 24×7 operations
Teams usually reach out at one of three moments: before a ClickHouse build, when a growing cluster starts missing its latency or ingestion targets, or when running it around the clock has become a distraction from the product. We cover all three with the same senior engineers, working on 100% open-source ClickHouse with no vendor lock-in.
Every engagement is led by a named principal engineer and ends in written deliverables your team keeps: architecture reviews, performance audits, runbooks and measured before-and-after reports. It helps if you complete the pre-engagement questionnaire before the first call, although it is not required.

FAQ
Questions people ask before they contact ChistaDATA
Who will I actually speak to?
A senior engineer. The introductory call is run by a principal engineer who can discuss sort keys, replication and Keeper sizing in detail, together with someone who can answer commercial questions. There is no separate pre-sales layer to get through first.
How soon will I hear back?
As soon as possible. Every enquiry is read by an engineer rather than queued behind a sales script. Customers with a support or managed services agreement are covered by the severity matrix on this page, starting at 15 minutes for a Severity 1 incident.
Our cluster is down and we are not a customer. Can you help?
Yes. Call (844) 395-5717 and ask for break-fix engineering. Break-fix work is billed hourly, so we can start quickly, and we will tell you plainly if the problem is outside what we can fix remotely.
What should I prepare before the first call?
The version you run, the deployment model, approximate data volume and ingestion rate, the queries or symptoms that concern you, and any deadlines. The pre-engagement questionnaire collects the same information in a structured form if you prefer to send it ahead.
Can we put a non-disclosure agreement in place first?
Yes. Mention it in the form and we will put an NDA in place before any architecture or data details are shared.
Which time zones do you cover?
All of them. ChistaDATA operates 24×7×365 with a globally distributed engineering team, so calls can be scheduled in your working hours and incidents are handled whenever they happen.
Prefer to start with a conversation?
Call (844) 395-5717 at any hour, or send a short note to info@chistadata.com. Fifteen minutes with a ChistaDATA principal engineer is usually enough to know whether we are the right partner for your analytics platform.
