The Purpose Behind Our Companies:
- MinervaDB Inc.: Our focus is building an open-source Database Infrastructure Operations Consultative Support and Managed Services Delivery for Transaction Computing on PostgreSQL, MySQL, and RocksDB for customers worldwide(approximately 550 customers from diversified industry verticals). We aim to provide top-notch database solutions prioritising performance, scale, availability, reliability, and security.
- ChistaDATA Inc.: ChistaDATA is pioneering the world’s most significant, fastest, and fully autonomous Real-Time Analytics infrastructure on ClickHouse, both in cloud and on-premises environments. With our Database as a Service (DBaaS), we manage several petabytes of customer data for real-time analytics, all while ensuring a fully autonomous and cloud-agnostic platform.
Our Strategic Approach
- Independence with Common Goals: MinervaDB and ChistaDATA are independent companies (based out of the San Francisco Bay Area) with separate boards and operations. However, we share several joint customers to achieve strategic benefits and customer success.
- Cutting-Edge Technology: We are committed to staying ahead of the curve by incorporating cutting-edge technology. Our modern Database Infrastructure is infused with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to enable autonomous installation, configuration, tuning, troubleshooting, high availability, disaster recovery, and secure database management.
- Cloud Agnostic Solutions: MinervaDB and ChistaDATA offer cloud-agnostic solutions, ensuring flexibility and compatibility with various cloud platforms, including private clouds.
Future Plans
- ChistaDATA: We have already established ourselves as the pioneers of fully autonomous real-time analytics infrastructure on ClickHouse. We continuously expand our services and offerings to manage several petabytes of customer data in real time with ChistaDATA Cloud DBaaS.
- MinervaDB: By Q1 2024, we will launch a cloud-agnostic, fully autonomous Database Infrastructure (Database as a Service – DBaaS) for PostgreSQL, MySQL, and RocksDB. Our goal is to empower organizations with top-tier database solutions and support.
